That's the weird part.  The pictures are still coming out but the badges are not being awarded.  I know because I haven't gotten mine.

The nominating/voting part is on hold for the moment so there aren't "winners" right now.  We've been looking at making changes to the project but a lot of other things have taken precedence.  We've got some fun things lined up to start soon though.
