Who is maintaining this?

You can see the Profile Manager's name right under the fields for birth, marriage and death.  It's the first line in the coloured box.  If you want to contact her, there is a link beside her name: 'send private message'.

This profile was created by a gedcom upload in 2011 and has not been edited since.  There are no birth or death dates, so I looked at her father's profile, which does have dates.

We have a problem here - from her father's dates, it appears likely that she may be living and should probably, therefore, be unlisted now.

To answer the original question asked here, it appears that nobody has been maintaining this profile, however it is now desperately crying out for maintenance!

The profile manager edited as recently as 3 weeks ago. Someone who is interested in the profile could contact her and ask her to fix the situation.

It hasn't been edited since created. nor was it a gedcom import.

most likely, the profile manager is the person's sister.

The profile manager was on WikiTree last on 11 May, not editing this particular profile, but just working on The Tree.
