Looking for a Davies family that had a cook who became pregnant in 1925 I believe the father may have been an admiral and also a black sheep of his rather prominent family in the portmadoc area. Believe the cooks name was Margaret Lloyd then Richards  my grandmother . My mother’s name was  Myfanwy Davies Hughes born in Merthyr Tydfil the other strange thing is my grandmother owned the house and also had a welsh gold wedding ring . Any information would be greatly appreciated

The most recent published census for Wales is 1911. If you want more recent information you could try the 1939 register which was taken as the basis for National Identity Cards at the beginning of the war.
