Hi all, I've noticed the GED Match now haw WikiTree links alongside the GED- com link, but I can't figure out how to make the link to add my tree to the site. Any help would be appreciated!

I think it's done automatically as long as you have your name (or email address) on Gedmatch and on Wikitree as both the same - you may need to wait 24 hours for the system to update.

My Gedmatch connection also has a link to my Wikitree, But I don't recall doing anything to create that connection - that I know of!!

Its only automatic if you use your real name and not an alias (and not always obvious when your name is an alias, even if it looks like your real name).

Gedcom used to have instructions on their main page for setting that up, but its not there anymore. However, the instruction page still exist:

You have your gedmatch account set up with an alias indicating that you require a level of privacy. For privacy reasons Wikitree is not allowed to make the connection while you are using an alias on gedmatch.
