How Do I Link a DNA Test To an Ancestor?

I am Definitely the Great Grandson of Grace May Belle Paine, and I would Like to Link my DNA to her. Her Other Great Granddaughter by another Grandson was Linked to me by Ancestry.com DNA.

You can only add your DNA tests to your own profile. It then propagates along the paper trail to the appropriate ancestors. If you have taken an autosomal test and add it to your profile then in about 24 hours it should show on Grace's profile. At the moment the only test I can see on your profile is Y-DNA which will propagate along your direct paternal line, so is not relevant for Grace.
