Hi Becky, Your question is not very clear. Are you trying to import a gedcom file from Ancestry to further develop your branches of Wikitree or are you trying to add your DNA results that are on gedmatch.com?

If you are trying to use your Ancestry gedcom to create your branches here on WikiTree you can look at the GEDCOMpare Process page. Once you have added some of your ancestors, you can look at the 'Get Started with DNA' page.
