The University Of Southern MS in Hattiesburg, MS has copies of three books that Dr.William McCain published on his research of the McCain Brothers, William and Alexander. they were from Scotland and came over before the American Revolutionary War. They settled in Boston the migrated south through the Carolinas. I don't think the library lends the books out but maybe someone might be able to look up information for you.
