where to go to request opening of profile?

Who should I ask to open a profile?

This profile here should be open, visible at the marriage date

One of the choices in the dropdown menu under Bal-43 in the top right panel is *Open Profile Request".

Married in 1401 he should be open, but he should also be pre-1500.

I don't think his wife should be "Unnamed Infant", this would be proper for a child dead in infancy (before baptism). For a daughter who grew up and married the practice is to put first name Unknown, when that is the case.

The WT-computer doesn't recognise a "should-be Pre1500-profile" by combining relations. That makes it possible for not Pre1500-certified people to put the dot in the "about/uncertain, but non-living"-section. We are allowed to put that dot as long as we don't write in any date. I put tons of those dots in the past few weeks to mark people as dead
Well, that's a flaw in the system.
