Would you like to join the Data Doctor England Team? [closed]

Question

Hi Everyone,

I have taken over from Joan this weekend as Team Leader for the England Data Doctor Team. Looking for more Data Doctors to help reduce the England 'suggestions'

Our new page is https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:England_Data_Doctors_Team_Page  The  table on the page with a list of errors, the idea is that people adopt an error and then work on it to get it down to the lowest possible number. When that is achieved then they check that error weekly and correct any new ones.

If you would be interested in taking on one or two of the errors. Have a look and think about it then let me know if there is something you would like to do.

I have been Data Doctoring but have not been added to the Project yet.

I volunteered on the G2G post on 30th May.

I have been sourcing for a while now and have started trying to connect the unconnected English profiles.

Hilliary, You most certainly can join our team. I know you regularly do the Saturday Sourcing Sprints and do a lot of work in England. Would you like to join the sourceres as well. We are delighted to have you join us. We will add you to the list.

I could work on the 835 for orphaned profiles and any I manage if  I have not already dealt with them.
I have still got some profiles I manage to clean up. But I am dealing with them.

First thing to do is join the England project if you add ENGLAND as a tag to your profile

To edit/ add tags go to  [https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:Following editing your tags]. 

Ros will start you off on the orphans Trail this is a programme to build your skills up in relation to all aspects of a profile.

If you have had a look at the England Data Doctor Team page choose a suggestion or two that you would like to work on and I will add your  name next to it.

Hi Janet

I would like to volunteer as I am already a member of the England project and have been working on unconnected profiles and orphan profiles so being a member of the Data Doctor project is a natural progression.

Hi Janet

I thought I would look at some of the gender errors starting with 501 and 505 as it should clear up a number of errors fairly quickly.  I will gladly adopt these if it is not too early in my Data Doctor career.
