I need help locating a German Marriage record(s)

I have a Gerd Juetting/George Jutting who was born in Germany or Ostfriesland . He may have been married twice and I can't find any record of either marriage and how many children he really had.  His profile is Juetting-2.  Does anyone know how to find this if it isn't already on ancestry?

I don't want to discourage you but in the middle of the 19th century Germany had more citizens than the USA. Without any further information this is like looking for the needle in the haystack.
I was afraid of that, other than knowing he was Lutheran, which most were at the time. It may be awhile before someone scans the correct record. If the records weren't destroyed in one of the wars.  Thank you for taking the time to reply.

Just to give you a little impression to which area Ostfriesland belonged only during the lifetime of George Juetting:

When he was born, it belonged to the "King of Great Britain and Hanover" according to a paragraph of the treaty of the Congress of Vienna. In 1866 Prussia annexed Hannover, so it became de facto a Prussian province, which it de jure became in 1871, when Hanover became a Prussian province in the German Confederation (Deutscher Bund).
The German wikipedia article gave me another idea: Did you know there were issued in the USA the "Ostfriesische Nachrichten", a German written newspaper specifically for the Ostfriesen-immigrants in the USA? Maybe it's worth to have a look there if you find something.

Thank you for your answer! I always new the area changed hands a lot but didn't know who was in control then. I have heard of a German newspaper but thought it was probably in a language I can't read. I will have to revisit that. I know that there were communities of Ostfriesland settlers in different areas of the U.S., Iowa being one of them.
