It would help if you gave us the link to his profile, so we don't waste time looking up info you already have.

Anyway, here's a draft card with the exact name and a different birth year:

"United States World War I Draft Registration Cards, 1917-1918," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:KZ6F-WXR : 13 March 2018), John Alison Brock, 1917-1918; citing Morgan County, Tennessee, United States, NARA microfilm publication M1509 (Washington D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, n.d.); FHL microfilm 1,877,598.

Note closest relative Myrtle, probably his wife.

John and Myrtle in Roane County, 1910, with 1887 birth date:

"United States Census, 1910," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MGF1-4VF : accessed 10 June 2018), John A Brock, Civil District 2, Roane, Tennessee, United States; citing enumeration district (ED) ED 148, sheet 10B, family 195, NARA microfilm publication T624 (Washington D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, 1982), roll 1517; FHL microfilm 1,375,530.

Here's a John born 1884 at home with Mom and Dad in Roane County, 1900:

"United States Census, 1900," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MSCY-82F : accessed 10 June 2018), John Brock in household of Rufus Brock, Civil Districts 5, 14, Roane, Tennessee, United States; citing enumeration district (ED) 116, sheet 13B, family 245, NARA microfilm publication T623 (Washington, D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, 1972.); FHL microfilm 1,241,593.

But there were a lot of John Brocks in Tennessee born around that time.

Ancestry has a Tennessee Delayed Birth Record (issued in 1943) for John Allison Brock,

born 10 Apr 1887 to Lark Brock and Mollie Walls in Jonesville, Roane County.

1900 Census above is probably not him.  Family Search has Tennessee Death records for three children of Lark and Mollie:  Minnie B Jones (1874-1927), William Meredith Brock (1879-1941), and George Richard Brock (1883-1954).  Do you know if John had any siblings?
