is there a step by step guide for idiots?

OK, used AncestryDNA test, got results.  Can't figure out how to use test here in wikitree.  Need simple steps to get it started!

If you scroll down to the bottom of the above page, you should see a link that says - Add New test Information. Then there is a drop down menu for you to choose the Ancestry DNA test (Do not click the maternal or paternal family) - add anything you want to add in to the text box,or leave it blank, and then click the big black Add Test for (your name) button.

You are only telling us what test you used, you are NOT uploading any raw data.

I just had a look at your profile and it looks like you've indicated your AncestryDNA test successfully.  :)  It usually takes about 24 hours for your DNA information to "populate" your family profiles.  Bear in mind that WikiTree does not upload or process raw DNA, or match people based on DNA.  It only indicates that you've done a DNA test (and where) on any family profiles that you add or connect with.
