Need some help in navigating this site, the link that I was directed to does not exist

Where can I find HOW TO information pertaining to the workings of this site. I was previously directed to a site which was no longer available

Jim, where did you find the bad link, on this site or somewhere else?  If it was here, I'd encourage you to identify the link and where you found it, so hopefully someone will correct it.

Sometimes when you get a link like this in your email, it doesn't work. However, the email you got is simply a copy of the message that was posted on your profile. So if you go there, the link in that message on your profile will work.
