It remains very frustrating that we are still left on our own to interpret phrases like "necessary for personal use of services" and "a small portion of individual photos and documents".  It just seems to me that the people who write these rules could have no reasonable expectation that everyone will interpret the words the same way.

Thank you, Jillaine. Everyone should read this article. Actually, everyone should follow her blog. Judy is really great at explaining legality. She’s also a really nice person and wants to help genealogists.
