Narrowing down the WikiTree activity feed

A selfish question, but why not? Ever day I get a WikiTree activity feed email, and often (most of the time) I don't follow anything up. When I do, I find it relates to one of my tags in the US. Is there any way these individual feeds can be tagged to a country so I won't have to pay attention to the ones that are in NA? My ancestors are strictly in UK. Just wondering.

I wish there were a way that the England tag could distinguish between England-the-country and the England family, which is very actively being managed.
I do too lois, my feed is full of the surname England
Maybe we need to change that one to England_Project, much as the Ireland one (currently, still) uses Irish_Roots.
Part of the problem would be that many profiles lack any locations in the data fields, and many don't have a country given. You would only get the ones with full data entered. Just my tuppence :)

Hi Chris. I had this problem, too, so I had to reduce the number of tags I was following, including most of my surname tags. I kept or added project tags for my interest in the era/area.

Hopefully, one of the techies will come up with a solution. I have several surnames I’m working on that are common to the UK and the USA, so I had to wade through all of the feed to see if there was a connection to my family.

I am in the UK have the opposite problem....following 20 tags and I have a very small feed -  some days it's down to a trickle really. I guess it depends on the surnames.
Thanks, Rubén!
