Tried adding England sticker

On this profile, I tried adding the England sticker, rather unsuccessfully.

Where is the image? Surely I'm not the first person to attempt London?

We have stickers for a lot of English counties but for some reason County London which was abolished in 1965 has been overlooked.  I have relatives who were born in Camberwell and Lambeth after these areas moved from Surrey to County London in 1889 and prior to the Creation of Greater London in 1965. 

I personally think that a County London Sticker should be created, I am willing to create one myself however I seem unable to access the templates section.  So I would appreciate one being created or being allowed to create one myself.

The sticker for London, England does not exist (I checked the list).  I think you have to make one and get your own image for it.

And don't call me Shirley.

I changed it from London to Middlesex and there's an image for that.

I don't understand what you mean by "And don't call me Shirley."

It's a joke from a film - when someone says "surely", I think it was Steve Martin says "and don't call me Shirley" (since they're pronounced more or less the same)
