Eddie King is a Wonderful WikiTreer ... and he's also an alien

No mere earthling could possibly come up with all the high-quality sources he does, nor could any human being possibly be capable of doing it with the lightning speed he does!

I was working (still am, as a matter of fact) on building out the family of Maurice Britt, a professional football player who went on to win the Medal of Honor in World War II, and ended his career as Lieutenant Governor of Arkansas.  After Eddie had done the research on that profile, he invited me to provide the "eye candy" to make it stand out and I got hooked ... when I ran into a problem and didn't get a solution by posting about it in G2G, I asked Eddie if he could find anything.  In less than 5 minutes, I had all the answers I needed, along with over a half dozen sources that I couldn't find and nobody looking at G2G apparently could find them either.

He is truly amazing, no matter what planet he fell into our laps from - WikiTree is so fortunate to have him here - he, himself, is an incredible resource for all of us!

Congratulations Eddie! WikiTree Super Star. One question Eddie. Are you an Anunnaki from the planet Nibiru?
Wow, take a look at the Related Questions.  Ten threads all with the same title.  I'm sure there are many, many more!
Maybe its because Eddie is a Wonderful Wikitreer.

Nah, Eddie’s profile pic has him wearing an SF hat.... just kidding! Congratulations, Eddie. You’ve got the touch, according to Gaile’s recognition of your efforts. Way to go!

And... Gaile, thanks for detailing why Eddie deserved the kudo. It’s great knowing what was particularly Wonderful about  this Wonderful WikiTreer.

I won't hold the fact that he's wearing a SF hat against him. *hides Patriots shirt*
SF must stand for Super Factfinder.
Hope so..... GO PATS!

He is a master at research!  He is meticulous in his sourcing.  He does it right and when he hits a snag he asks for help from those he has collaborated with in the past.  He is great to work with and his sense of humor is dry and culturally based so can be misunderstood by those who don't realize he is a giant of man with a heart to match!

He also won the Humor Award.  He has an enormous number of people who love to work with him.

Hear, hear!  Eddie is a fine human being, whatever planet he came from, and a great asset to WikiTree.  I came up from my hermit cave just to say so.  Long may the King reign!

Eddie is indeed amazing. More than once he has come up with awesome sources and resources for me. One resource he provided, I use almost daily now in my work with adoptees and has helped make my results faster. Not only that, Eddie is a genuinely nice person who sends me hugs just when I need them most. Maybe not an alien, but psychic? Just kidding. Eddie, you are the best!

Eddie never tires of helping our Southern Colonies members with research, connections and his favorite - busting brick walls!! He is also ever present on g2g offering sources and research help to anyone that needs it. Thanks, Eddie!!! You are truly a Wonderful WikiTreer for your generosity alone but add that with your super research powers and you are hard to beat!!!

Eddie is the Deadpool to my Spider-Man. If he is an alien, he doesn't hide it very well. I mean look at how easy this guy gets information! He's up to something. Something awesome no doubt.

He'd tell you he's totally a Klingon. Well, he is bound by honor, tells amazing stories which may or may not be true and sings loudly.

I dunno how he does it. A while back I was dreading looking up the Smiths in my line. He nailed it. Perhaps we should call him Sherlock.

Eddie rocks and there's all there is too it. =D

Way to go Eddie!!! You are one of a kind and always a big help whenever needed! I've been missing your video and music choices on the weekend chat!  *HUGS* :-)

I've been missing them too. I can only put so many '80s songs in. So tempted to amp it up with "Uptown Funk".

Thanks so much for acknowledging Eddie as such a helpful WikiTreer!  Thanks to Eddie's extensive research and suggestions for one of my family tree brick walls, I was able to determine with full source documentation the parents for one of my family members' ancestors, Israel Shreve Beck, when I asked for assistance here in the G2G forum.

Not only did Eddie answer my queries with great ideas (like check out Quaker meeting minute notes), he didn't stop with just one or two ideas, but contributed lots of information and insights that ultimately led to a satisfactory conclusive confirmation of his parents--breaking through the brick wall, and connecting up with our WikiTree 'big tree.'

A thousand thanks to Eddie for being so competent and so caring for WikiTreers and our shared WikiTree!
