Arthur Bevins (d. 1697, Glastonbury, Conn.), was he born in Gloucestershire?

My head is spinning from reading all the different people that Arthur Bevins was supposedly related to or where he was born (possibly Yate, Gloucestershire).  Is he really related (perhaps a brother) to Rowland Bevens who died 1709 in Maryland ( )?  Arthur certainly lived in West Tisbury, Martha's Vineyard, and he died in 1697, Glastonbury, Connecticut), but where did he come from before arriving in Martha's Vineyard about 1676?  Is Thomas Bevan of Middletown, Connecticut his brother (or Benjamin Bevan of Farmington, Connecticut)?

The following source shows Arthur Bevins and Rowland Bevans II (of Maryland) as brothers (both shown as being born in London, but parents shown as being married in Yate, Gloucestershire). However, I have not been able to verify any of the dates given in this source:
