de Picquigny tree

Question

There is a lot of good information regarding the de Picquigny (aka, Pynkeney, Pinckney) family in the research paper by Euphemia Smith (aka, Mrs. John Robert Hugh Pinckney).  The source material can be found at http://www.john-pinckney.co.uk/family/Book.html?page=0.   

I've noticed that much of the family information in the research is not represented on wikitree.  Is that because this source has not been considered, or because it's been considered and rejected?

Perhaps they are unaware of this work. I briefly pursued the book, and sources tend to be very general.
