Geography makes the Isaac 1802 connection to Isaac 1783 a possibility. And the 1810 census record for Isaac 1783 also supports this connection. In 1810, Isaac and Hannah were living in Fredericks, Dutchess county, with a son between 0 and 10 and a daughter between 0 and 10. The daughter was Chloe, born about 1806. The son may have been Hiram, but could also be Isaac.
Belden Light's death certificate states that he was a son of Isaac Light and Hannah Belden; he lived in Somers, Westchester county in 1860 and 1870.
Somers is only 16 miles south of Kent, Putnam county, where Isaac and Hannah lived. Mount Pleasant is only another 20 miles south of Somers.
