geborn zu = born in

des Jahres taufand acht hundert = in the year 1800 (followed by decade and year)

To be honest you probably need a graphologist as much as a translator as I can't make out even what some of the handwriting is supposed to say in German let alone translate it.

I have a bunch of German ancestors so have got used to reading the gothic print, but a lot of the handwriting defeats me.
