Lady Anne Sapcote, Duchess of Bedford and Osborne connection

I am looking into my family connection to Lady Anne Sapcote-Duchess of Bedford 1489-1558.

I have found an MANY other sites, including an LDS site that she had a daughter Jane who married Richard Osborne II.  But I can not find any source information to confirm this.  This line of the family is very interesting as it leads to aristocratic lines and some very interesting family connections.

Here is a web site with information as well:

Any help in how to research this would be appreciated.
