A tribal name, where does it go?

Doing the middle name category #741 (data doctors) and ran across one that gives the name and then the meaning. Quite lengthy, and wondering how this is usually addressed. [[Ellenwood-142]]  They don't address it in the Bio but it is in the obit, that they link to.

This isn’t really a “middle” name, it’s his name in his native language.  It looks like public records refer to him as Ernest, so having that as the given name facilitates searches, but both names are equally valid. The best solution is probably to put one of the names as the first name and the other as the preferred name.  It also might be better to put the English translation of the Nez Perce name in the biography.
