I have extensive research in Ancestry that I'm interested in placing on WikiTree, is there a way?

You can do a GEDCOM export from Ancestry.com and then use the Wikitree GEDCOMpare process to add your sources to Wikitree for existing profiles and add new profiles for people who do not already have a Wikitree profile.   https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:GEDCOMpare

I caution you to start small, pick a single branch to "learn the process".

I’m new and just starting my GEDCOM compare.  How do I limit it to a single branch?  Obviously my entire Ancestry tree downloaded into the GEDCOM file.  According to the help file, I have to review every match in the file before I can add any.  Is this the case?   I have 2000 people in my ancestry tree.  Also, many rows I though I was finished with seen to come up with new matches later.  How do I know I’m finished with a row?  Thanks,

I don't know of any way but doing it manually. Hopefully a more informed WT-er will have a better solution!
