The first profile is that of John Box (Box-113), the ancient planter b. 1599. The documentation shows John Box and his wife Mary had a daughter named, Mary, who inherited the estate of John Box after her mother died. There was no son listed for John Box and his wife, Mary.

The second profile is that of John Box, Jr. (Box-110), b. 1625 who is listed as a son of John Box, the ancient planter. There is no documentation presented of his birth in Isle of Wight, VA or how he came to be listed as a son of a John Box who had no son. John Box, Jr. is listed as having two sons, Johann Michael Fuchs (born 1660 in Germany and died 1729 in Germany) and John Box III (born 1625 in Isle of Wight and died 1672 in Isle of Wight, VA with no documentation for either one).

The third profile is that of John Box III (Box -115), b.1670. He is said to have died 22 Nov 1715 in Laurens Co. SC in the death box but is said to have died 22 Nov 1715 in Smithfield VA in the biographical section. He is listed as the father of Robert Box (Box-105) who supposedly died in 1735 in Maddens, Laurens, SC and that is 20 years before there is documentation of Boxes in Laurens Co, SC area. He is also listed as the father of a second Robert Box (Box-114) who married Mary Allen.

All of these originated in the Beaman ged and I presume they have been adopted by others and probably merged at least once.

The way to deal with them is to find and add to the profile the highest quality sources that support their existence and relations.

Generally, if original sources do no support the existence of a son or daughter of a particular coupe, you document that in the narrative, link to the disputed profiles from the narrative and detach them as children.
