Re WARD 10382 I am unable to join the Trusted list or edit, and there is no profile manager to contact

I am the manager for all the siblings, parents and other extended family. I obviously did not add this person at the beginning and another person must have done so. Where to from here?

Wow. This must somehow have been a profile that was caught up the recent privacy changes "GDPR".  I can't see any reason for it to be private, since it has no profile manager, and the subject of the profile has been deceased since the 1960s.  (Of course, like you, I can't see much).  Some sort of change happened on June 16 (yesterday) that may have triggered the privacy level, but we can't see that either.

My guess is that it has become private because there is a 'private daughter' attached.

But I agree with Reba, that a Leader is going to have to open it up.  Email info @ wikitree.com

Adopt the profile! It says 'No profile manager', and right next to that is a link which says 'Adopt this profile' - so go right ahead.

Ros -- unless you changed something, it can't be adopted.  I tried that as an experiment and some kind of red flag popped up that said it couldn't be adopted because it wasn't open... something like that.   (And I didn't want to adopt it anyway.)

Strange...I was sure it was Open when I looked.
