Can a "biography" placed under "Memories" be moved to the main profile in order to edit/source?

I think the PM used the "Memories" space because unsure how/where to add research notes or cite sources. The profile is for someone who has been dead for over 160 years. PM is inactive (hasn't made any contributions since 2014), and doesn't respond to messages or bulletin board posts.

Yes. Given the lack of response from the PM who apparently created the profile 4 years ago and then abandoned it, there is no problem creating a proper biography. In fact, since there is no "Memories" section in the WikiTree format, I'm guess that was an artifact brought over from GEDCOM import.

I think the poster wanted to copy and paste something written on the profile page and put it under the Biography heading.  I would re-write it and put it in your own words, and then do the sourcing.

I've left stuff on profiles for the PM to add to the profile and hope it happens.
