I wanted to share this paragraph from a letter written to Richard Stephenson from George Washington with the community. Date: Nov 1749.

Thank you so very much for this wonderful glimpse into the past! I knew that Washington worked as a surveyor; however, this bit of letter really provides some details and to what his life was like at that time. Wonderful addition to Wikitree!
