Fitzwilliam-139 has child born in 1900's although she died in the 1600's. Cant be removed. Why???

I've removed the other indicated son, but there's something goofy about this one.  Need to repair the glitch and reinstate the other child, (Thomas).I KNOW it is a private person, but I don't know WHO it is, therefore I can't remove him so that I can complete a merge.  I need someone with the technical knowledge to remove him, or at least find out who he is so I can ask him to remove himself. Is there anyone out there, or do I just ignore the needed merge??

The privacy level is private for the child in question.
