names that arent related to me

what do I do with the records/files of names that arent related to me? I hate just throwing them away!

If they have good sources, enter them into Wikitree. It may help others find that lost uncle.

I agree with Richard Devlin. You might not have time initially to add them, but if they are well sourced, add them at some point. I've gotten side tracked a bit on my own family after looking for records on WWI soldiers. I've started my own project to put up all the New Brunswick soldiers killed in action. It does take time if you need to do more research to connect these people into the main tree, but you do get a sense of satisfaction that you've possibly helped someone in the future.
