To Victoria possibly, but not to the Boleyns. They are too far back.

If you leave the dna out of the question then... If it’s the Queen Anne who reigned 1702-1714, then no. She had no children who lived past age 11. Victoria’s descendants are all mapped out, so you’d have to look at that to see. One wouldn’t need dna to prove descent in these two cases.
