For example, see Sweetenham-3. I have a great photo copy of the will that would add a lot to the profile

Read their terms of service, or use of these documents. Does the record office hold a copyright? If these topics are not addressed in what you can find, ask them.

The answer is probably no! Its in the section of their website
under list of charges. And it is similar to those in other archives.
Photographs and photocopies are supplied for private research or study only. Permission must be obtained from Cheshire Archives & Local Studies before copies supplied are published in any form. e.g. in a book, on television, or on a website. Fees are subject to negotiation depending on, for example, number of images to be used, crediting, or supply of publications agreed with Local Studies Specialist.

The table also says that there is no charge for publication on a non commercial website .Would wiki-tree be considered non commercial?

Thanks Helen - in regards to whether WikiTree is a non-commercial website might depend on what is their definition of non-commercial?

Although WikiTree is free to use, it isn't a non-profit and that may mean it is considered commercial?

I think it is 'commercial', as it is a business.
