Need to adopt my father and mothers profiles to add ancesters, cannot access them

You can't adopt a yellow locked profile.The profile manager who created these is deceased. A note on his profile

The profile is not Open privacy so cannot be adopted. You will need to email info @WikiTree.com. Explain the situation and they will be able to help you get access.
