Help translating handwritten Russian death record?

Thanks to JRI-Poland, I found this death record in the right time (1878) and place (Miedzyrzec Podlaski, Poland) to be our Szmul Arya Goldfarb. Now...whatever does it say? Is this the Szmul who would be a father about 51 years old, married to Sylka? Does it seem like a good fit?

We would be happy to have an English translation or at least a Russian transcription to feed into Google Translate. Does anyone have time for it? Click this image to view the original - it's act 183 in the lower right:

Berko Feldman and  Hersh (Trivak?) showed up and reported that on 14 november at 5 am died Szmul Aria Goldfarb 55 years of age son of Nuhim (Nochum) Leyb and Hana (Hasha?) Itta he left a wife Silka W... (this may be her patronymic, but I cant understand it - Woldfogel?).

It looks like he is your guy.

Hard to say whether Waldfogel is a surname or patronymic. There's at least one person in the world who has Waldfogel surname - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joel_Waldfogel

I do see an 1865 birth record for Szejndla WALDFOLGIEL in Miedzyrzec Podlaski on JRI-Poland so that's a good sign the surname was found in the area. Of course, it's the only record with the name on JRI-Poland...

Oh, wait, there's tons if I do "starts with WALDF" instead of "phonetically like WALDFOGEL". Yay!
