Yes, a slight increase in the size of the type would help, but not a lot. It is the layout that is the real drawback.
There would seem to be a few things that could enhance the utility of the information:
- Present the data in columns so that it is easier to scan – one item per line per column;
- Partition the items with respect to the user’s tags that caused the data to be included;
- Color code the data so that the individual piece of data that triggered the item’s inclusion is the dominant color; &
- Alphabetize the columns with respect to the trigger data within each of the tag groups.
I have copied and pasted a few entries from my Feed of earlier today in the layout suggested. It is attached. Hope that it gives you some ideas.
