Unconnected/dateless profiles of people who are almost certainly still alive-delete?

While looking through the unconnected profiles page, I have found some that I believe represent living people based on their modern given names, such as the sibling set of Tanner Webber, Hunter Webber, and Meghan Webber, and Madysen Lynn Sanders, Brodie Allen Sanders, Allie Amanda Sanders, and Hunter Allen Sanders. There are people bearing the same name as all of the Sanderses who are listed as being children of 1970s-born parents on another genealogy website. I feel like the odds of these people being alive--and potentially under 13--is very high. Should they be deleted?

(edit: can't figure out how to get all of the links to show up correctly, sorry.)

At the risk of sounding callous, what is the value of having a name in the database with absolutely no identifying information other than a name? If they came with an uploaded gedcom, perhaps they were erroneously in that gedcom to begin with.

Why not delete them?

I don't know how to delete them (they're not my profiles--they're orphans). I was hoping maybe someone else could.
