Wow, what a fascinating biographical profile, literally packed with juicy tidbits of information that will truly be amazing to anyone who reads it carefully.  Well done!

Now I'd just love to see this cowboy connected properly to our great big, beautiful WikiTree.

Gotta finish Chuck first ! !

Not really a cowboy but I've been unjustly accused of favoring tall dudes , so I had to add a short guy, right ?

Won't take much to connect him....his GG Granpa is https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Robertson-586
I first became aware of Durning in the tv mini series Of Captains and Kings...  And I loved him in Best lil Whorehouse in Texas.  I was in Houston when Marvin Zindler shut down the chicken Ranch.
He bad he bad !

His acting school teacher say he was not talented ?

And Warner Brothers Studio said Dale's career would never amount to much.

Hollywood bosses  be crazee ? Maybe it's the smog ?

Eddie,

Thanks for showing the bravery and courage of these men who are known mostly for their acting ability! This is another excellent profile that really illuminates the life of the person and makes you feel you knew him personally!! Those are always my favorite ones!!

I love the profile...but I need to point out that La Jolla is in San Diego County not Orange County. Otherwise it  looks PERFECT heart

I didn't say Orange . The wikitree place thingy had it?

It does say Orange County, and you can manually override it by typing it in (I do it all of the time when the automatic thing is wrong).

Got the right link this time:

Screenshot of Dale's Profile

I lived in Oceanside, North San Diego County,  for 15 years, For 6 months I rode the bus from by the back gate of Camp Pendleton down to very near the Tijuana Border...3 hours...35 minute was sitting at the Bus Stop in La Jolla...later I drove for North County Transit to La Jolla. I'm a California Woman stuck in a Virginia World.
Orange County is about 20 minutes North of San Diego County. It switches at Camp Pendleton/San Juan Capistrano. Maybe somebody needs to edit the location box?
Just looked...there are two options where there should only be one...
Fixed.

The La Jolla in Orange County is a neighborhood within Placentia, California and has according to Wikipedia Placentia Zip Code according to the United States Post Office. Scripps is in the La Jolla that is in San Diego County. And now I'm done over explaining this. frown

I'm going to post my last comment as a separate thread to get it fixed. AWESOME job Eddie heart

There are about 2 dozens websites that have his bio info and most of them use the same wording,  including Wikipedia, imdb and together we served .

I cited Wikipedia and together we served in sources. I will be happy to list all of them in sources if you don't think it would look cluttery.
Copying large amounts of text from other websites, even from Wikipedia, is against WikiTree policy.

It's perfectly fine to quote small portions (with attribution), but for large amounts of text you should link to the website you got it from instead. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Copying_from_Wikipedia

Edit: Also, https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Copying_Text

Okay but I was doing like I see on this one, which won a prize.
