To answer your question we'll need some more information. Are the two kits for yDNA tests or Family Finder tests? Are you able to log in to the FTDNA account for at least one of those two tests? Or do the two kits belong to other people? If they're for yDNA tests, and the kits have been registered with a surname project you may be able to compare the results of the two tests on the surname project's page. If the two kits are for Family Finder tests you would have to contact one of the test takers to have the one test taker see how much auDNA he or she shares with the other test taker.

If you manage both of these kit numbers then I'n guessing all the possible matches would be in your matches list, right? So if you log into FT and then go into the chromosome browser, you should be able to go down the (Admittedly long) list of names to find the right person you want to compare, and click their name. You can select up to 5 people to compare with your DNA.  HTH

For completeness, in addition to the other answers, I recommend GEDmatch.  I prefer it for comparisons, gives the results as numbers (chromosomes, segments, lengths, and SNP counts) or in a visual form (colorized chromosomes).

For help in using GEDmatch, see Help:GEDMatch.
