Hello! I am wondering if anyone can help me connect my oldest known Grandfather to this family.
My records show that my 4G Grandfather was Ely Youmans (also listed in 1820-1830 census as UMAN, EUMANS) was born in 1795 in New York State and married Hanna Horton. Any assistance connecting my Ely to this family line would be most appreciated. We have completed a Y-Haplogene test and register as I-M253 which is a unique variant and most likely not related to the descendants of Christopher Youmans (Yeamans)
