gedcompare help needed

Question

I have all my questions on gedcompare done but the page has been stuck saying one unmatched person, which I have checked repeatedly this past month to no avail.

Can you please reset something or adjust something I am totally stuck at this lingering one. Thank you for any help. Ruth

Have you checked to make sure no rows are hidden? At the top, you should see buttons for "Show/Hide rejected matches", and "Show/Hide completed rows". You want them to say "Hide" on them, meaning that all possibilities are shown.

Checking this now. Shows rejection and matches and strangely it has a search in these same fields I never saw these before. Searching, thanks.

I have search it over well and still nothing I am just doing my compare buttons now. But no add buttons are available.

I had this problem once before and I found a hidden one, but I am not seeing anything this time and I have searched it again and again and each day I check I cannot find a problem preventing the add buttons. Mystery to me.

I am refreshing this, yes I know I will have more to compare but it worked one time for fixing this mess hopefuly it works this time. Praying it works!
