translate written Polish?

I've posted on my Profile page (Schuffman-5) a photo of the back of a picture of a little child. There is some Polish (?) written on the back. The name Ciepierski (a great-grandmother's name) is decipherable, but I cannot read anything else. Can someone read and translate it into English for me?

Henry says it says “"My son Bert (the English diminutive of Adelbert) in his second year; currently in his fifth year."

Ciepierzki Stan.” (Not sure about some of the letters in the signature.)

Dana, not that I could help, but I could not find the picture on your profile.

Ahhhh, your images are unlisted as to privacy.
We can solve that -

Dana, go to the image page and click on the image to view it full size.  Copy the address of that page - it's in the little window at the top of your browser and starts with https://.

Then come back to this question and edit it.  In the edit window there is an icon that looks a little like mountains with the sun above them.  Click that icon and paste the address in the little window that says "URL".  After that, the image will appear right here, in the question.
