Need help decyphering a handwritten French court document from 1672

Hello all. I am trying to decypher a handwritten document, written in French and dated year 1672. It seems to be a court judgement, and it (possibly) mentions Toulouse and Orleans. The text is by parts: easy / difficult / impossible to read. I am hoping readers will be able to offer new translations, or confirm or reject existing ones.
