I would like to place Titus Mix in the appropriate Military and War Category.

Titus Mix served as a sergeant in Captain William Sutton's Co. New York Militia, under General William Wadsworth from Aug 23 to Oct 22, 1812.

Wadsworth's Wikipedia article

Thank you

Looking at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33SQ-G5ZF-SRS?i=1225&cc=1916219 it lists a Titus F. Mix in 19 REG'T (BLOOM'S), NEW YORK MILITIA.

Although, there is another Service Index card for a Titus Mix without middle initial F. at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-95ZF-SBJ?i=1224&cc=1916219 listed in 2nd Regiment, Calvary (Staple's) Connecticut Militia.

The 19th is noted as being under Wadsworth's command in the linked article.

I think Bloom was in charge overall at the Battle of Queenston Heights
Lt. Col. Henry Bloom was regiment command.  Capt. William Sutton was company command.  Pension application at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:939F-GXWG-Z?i=324&cc=1834325
Excellent work, David.
