Hi Catherine. I think the rules are that the format must be .jpg, .png, .gif, or .pdf and the file size must be 10 MB or less, but I can't find the help file that says all that. I know there have been some problems on and off with photos, so yours may not be corrupt at all. If they meet the criteria, try logging off and then back on and try uploading again. Let us know what works, if anything.
