Not available online. Absolutely have to attend an AEC office, which are few and far between. Believe they only have current roll, but haven't  tried to look for older ones.

I work near an AEC office and would offer to look it up for you but I will be out of the country for the next six weeks. Send me a message in six weeks if you haven't had any luck in the meantime.

I don't think you can access them online, but if you go into your nearest AEC office you might be able to see the current one in person, and historical ones might be housed by the National Library.

The AEC has info here https://www.aec.gov.au/Enrolling_to_vote/About_Electoral_Roll/#view
