Issue with RootSearch not accepting WikiTree IDs? [closed]

Question

When I went to use RootSearch this morning, I received the following message:  

Unable to load the person. Check the ID and try again.

I tried numerous profiles to make sure it just wasn't specific to one.  It looks like something may have changed so that RootSearch doesn't handle the WikiTree id.

There was a slight problem with the apps server -- it should be working again.

Was working fine for me about 6 hours ago, but just tried it on the same profile that was working and I now get the same error message as you. So something has definitely broken in the last few hours.

I was having the same problem, but the website is working now.
