How do I find a specific surname?

One way is to go to one of your profiles and at the top of the page are a couple of entry boxes for First name and Last Name.  Just put in a last name (surname) and click on the search button/magnifying glass on the right.  If there are lots of results, you can filter them by inputting dates and such at the bottom of the results list ... good luck.
