Andrew Stone, merchant of Amsterdam, brother to Thomas Stone 1580-1648 (sons of Richard De Croston Stone and Isabel Girdler), Do the project managers have any information on the Carr House and this Andrew Stone?

Looks like Andrew doesn't have a profile. but this is his father

More convenient link to the Visitation

Andrew himself was the informant on the right-hand page.  Annoyingly called himself Stones.

Evidently his brother Thomas had supplied Segar with a 20-generation monstrosity "full of errors" - or had Segar concoct it for him.  But St George ignored most of it.

Carr House is described here

I take it this is the will

http://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/D864446

Presumably an Ancestry subscriber can view it, but I'm lapsed.

Link for the Stone Family source is on RootsWeb

http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~jacmac/stonefamily.pdf

But the URL is now taking me to an Ancestry sign-up page.  Huh?

But the PDF is on the Wayback Machine at
