G2G: Who was Jessie Parker

Question

Could someone please assist me in finding the correct data for Jessie May Parker.

I have her wedding certificate. She was married to my great grandfather - Robert Lever.

A 1911 Census places her in Chorley, Lancashire, United Kingdom, and names my grandfather as her son as well as my great-grandfather as her husband. Her mother, Georgina Parker, was also in residence.

The problem I am facing is finding further heritage for her.

I can find no history for her mother. And as such am at a dead end.

Jessie's mother was Georgina - born about 1849-1850 Scotland, so I don't think those are the same Jessie

I have not found 1911 Census showing your Grandfather,And Great Grandfather,What were there names and date birth.

Also because she shows born in Liverpool,they could have easily taken her

too Chorley too be Baptised.Could have taken Train or Trolley.

Well, from the 1939 register Jessie was born 11th May 1885 and living at 17 Francis Street, Luton, Bedfordshire. So this should narrow down her birth registration.

Also her mother Georgina was born Scotland, and I can find a Georgina Parke b. Scotland with 5 year old daughter Jessie in 1891 at Bootle, Lancashire - but Jessie was recorded as being born Liverpool (Lancashire) ( not Birkenhead, Cheshire)

But I'm not seeing a birth registration for her.

What was her father's name & occupation on the marriage certificate?

In 1901 Georgina Parker, a widowed servant aged 51 born Scotland, was living with the Beck family at 82 Paddington, Edge Hill, Lancashire, but that doesn't help find Jessie's birth.

1891 Census name miss spelled as Georgina Parke,1849 Scotland listed as

wife but no husbands name.Daughter, Jessie ,born in Liverpool.Not

Birkenhead Lancashire.

1891 shows Georgina as wife not widow. So her husband must have been alive at that time. Shows Jessie as eleven years old.

Birkenhead is right across the river/estuary from Liverpool, so easy to get mixed up between the two places.

The original image of the 1891 census shows Jessie as aged 5..

Michelle is right, I live in the neighbouring town to Birkenhead, I can see a wonderful View of Liverpool from my window. (Well not right now as I'm in Sardinia, however point is the locations are often mixed up). A number of things with my name attribute my residence as Liverpool rather than Wirral, formally part of Cheshire.
