Darlene Kerr is a Wonderful WikiTreer

+9 votes
Two days ago I noticed one of profiles I follow needed some work. It was a No Profile Manger profile, and I was unsure how to proceed, knowing that my basic skills would not give the man justice. I contacted Darlene knowing she does some great work. I gave her an email. I left my house for about 2 hours to run some errands in town, and by the time I got back Darlene had responded to me with a most pleasant email, adopted the profile, expanded it, and reworked the biography beyond my abilities. It was a most positive experience. See her work here on Garlin Conner, whose widow just received the Metal of Honor for him. [https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Conner-1821]

Nice!  After checking out the profile, she really knows how to tell a story smiley

Nice work Darlene!
I just noticed this while searching for something else. Gosh!  Thank you all so very much. The pleasure was all mine. I find great inspiration when researching these brave men and their families. It is truly humbling. I want to wish all of my fellow American WikiTreers a Happy, Thoughtful and Peaceful 4th of July!
